RETURNS
You can return any product purchased online within 15 days of the delivery date. To do so, please email us at info@pinkchicguagua.com explaining the reason for the return and your order number.

The items must be returned unused, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and tags.
They should be sent to the following address and we will get back to you shortly:

The first return is free. From the second return onwards, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective upon receipt. If this occurs, please contact us for an exchange or refund at info@pinkchicguagua.com.

SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGE
The first size exchange is free (EU). However, to purchase a different style or color, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
To do this, send us an email to info@pinkchicguagua.com with your order number in the subject line and request collection within 15 days of purchase. Remember that the item must be in its original condition (including the original packaging).
